To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and waive any claims against Creative Freedom and its owners, employees, and agents arising from the Services, the modified item, or its use or misuse. I agree to indemnify and hold Creative Freedom harmless from any losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) related to the modifications. Please do not send your entire handgun for “The Chevron” Porting package, unless you are having Creative Freedom Cerakote your entire handgun. Per the Gun Control Act 18 U.S.C. 922(q)(2)(B)(iii)(I;&II) shipping any firearms (ie, serialized frame) need to be in a locked container.
