This customer came to me with a clear vision: he wanted his Sig P320 finished in a Cerakote theme inspired by the classic Nintendo Zapper.
With only the core idea in mind, he trusted me with complete Creative Freedom to design and execute the project. I focused on capturing the retro aesthetic while giving it a refined, modern edge. The two-tone grey Cerakote was carefully laid out to accentuate the natural lines and contours of the slide and grip, balancing durability with style. Every detail was planned to honor the nostalgia of the original zapper while elevating it into something unique and functional.
When the customer returned to pick up his pistol, both he and his son were speechless—the mix of precision, creativity, and personal meaning hit home in a way that exceeded their expectations.
